Product Manager - Parking Solution

The Product Manager is responsible for product planning. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with Software Development to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

The Product Manager is expected to:

- Identify market needs and business objectives, competitor benchmarking.

- Expedite and streamline workflows for all projects.

- Develop and document PRDs for various projects: ongoing and future projects.

- Coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders and internal teams across verticals to understand product requirements; assess and filter critical inputs and inform/guide development at every stage of the project life cycle.

- Prioritizing product features and making tough decisions and trade-offs.

- Defining a vision for a product.

- Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product.

- Escalation of product development for different milestone

- Tracking of key metrics of product and pushing them for improvement

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Parking Product Manager

- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.

- 10 + years of experience in a job in the Parking product.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Engineering with (MBA preferred)

- Technical background, with experience in Parking Solution as Product Manager

- Excellent teamwork skills

- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

- Must be able to travel 10% of the time.
