Product Manager - Paint Industry

Profile: Product Manager

Compensation: 25-30 LPA

Location: Mumbai

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager in the Paint Industry.

The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of products in the paint industry.

Detailed Responsibilities:

Lead all Product management projects which straddle across the following areas:

1. Product Management

A) Existing Core products- Shopper/Category understanding across all relevant product categories.

- Developing core brands in MT/eCom packaging format.

- Driving Marketing strategies for all Consumer Product division brands & Consumer brands from Fevicol & Construction Chemical division.

- Also, coordinate closely with all existing Product marketing teams for designing launch plans/campaign plans on MT/e-com for their respective Products.

B) New Combi packs/Kits Theme-based development & design of Kit packs like Home kit, Bathroom kit, etc.

2. Customer Marketing- Work closely with e-commerce & Modern Trade account's marketing teams to develop mutually beneficial marketing strategies to grow the business in Modern Trade and e-commerce accounts.

3. Content Development: Developing content like Product LHS images for e-comm, creating videos for Digital Video Ads, creating banners, packaging artworks, creating catalogs, creating modern trade visibility creatives for FSUs, Parasite by coordinating with either internal design studio or external design agency

Preferred candidate profile - Technical skill if any - MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Power BI

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of the paint industry

- Proven experience in product management

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to develop and execute product strategies

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Experience in working with cross-functional teams

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects

- Bachelor's / master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
