Product Manager

We are looking in for a Product Manager from FMCG/ CD organisation for a leading Paint Organisation .We are looking in for an individual with 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in branding, product positioning market penetration .The package would be best in the industry .

- Defining Branding, Product positioning, & Penetration strategies for the key refinish Product

- Ensure correct positioning brand to becomes the quality and price leader in the respective market

- Develop & execute the marketing calendar including market strategy, incentive promotions, projected market penetration, and budget estimates in line with the Product plans

- Incorporate sales , advertising and promotional efforts required to meet current and projected market objectives

- Create marketing support for the sales team in terms of product collaterals, placement scheme, product training, product communications etc

- Handling all aspects of new product launch starting from idea generation to post launch review stage and aggressive BTL activities for product promotion.

- Benchmarking of products against competitors and carrying out product pricing and profitability analysis

- Ensuring and delivering desired Gross margin for all the products and reviewing the prices viz a viz RM (raw material cost) and other taxes.

- Works closely with Finance, Operations, Sales and Technical departments to coordinate activities and ensure all company goals are met.

- Handling complaints and according taking correction actions for the improvement in the product

- Effective utilizing and managing the annual A&P budget.

- Timely auditing the liveries as per the legal, statutory and technical compliance.
