About our Client - Our client is one of the leading players in the FMCG industry with rapid expansion plans in the near future. In order to supplement their further expansion plans, the client is looking to hire a Product Manager - Packaging, to help drive volumes.

Job Description - Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for:

- Identifying the appropriate packaging style across different categories of products.

- Working closely with the Communications team to try and identify the right packaging option.

- Liaising with the production or engineering team to ensure timely flow of products off the product line.

- In addition to this, you will be responsible for conducting market research and working closely with the marketing team to identify the right packaging mix for different product ranges.

The Successful Candidate - You will be a MBA with atleast 8 years of postqualification experience, including a major stint with a FMCG company. Prior experience in a personal care company would be a plus. The client is looking for someone who can help drive volume sales by focusing completely on the packaging for different products.
