Roles and Responsibilities

3 + years of experience in product management.

- Experience creating product roadmaps, defining go-to-market strategies, and leading design discussions.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience managing product roadmaps from end-to-end, and defining product vision.

- Experience building consumer products and balancing competing priorities.

- Ability to work in a collaborative environment with an emphasis on teamwork.

- Ability to lead a cross-functional team and work with external stakeholders.

- Ability to problem solve and think creatively towards solutions.

- Desire to work in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Desired Candidate Profile

- Define strategy, design solutions and help deliver next generation India's OTT platform.

- Define the product vision, roadmap and success metrics for the team and use that to inform product strategy and day-to-day decisions.

- Provide cross-functional leadership to a virtual team of analysts, operations, legal, policy, PR, privacy and work with external partners.

- Be creative and resourceful in rallying diverse troops behind a common vision building strong relationships across the board. Be articulate and confident in communication.

- Work with engineering, UX, and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
