- As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements and translate the same into product development with aggressive timelines.
What you will do:
- Owning the overall UI/UX experience of the company's products working with designers and Front-end engineers
- Owning their product roadmap, implementation and experience including product management with an emphasis on best-in-class user experience
- Overseeing creation of BRDs, agile stories, wireframes and establish key performance metrics for new features
- Driving entire function on smart data on a daily basis and monitoring post launch metrics for new features to identify improvement opportunities
- Leading product experience and its architecture and ensuring trendiest marketing of the same
- Good understanding of various partner types and partner onboarding, their user acquisition and engagement flows
- Driving Experience and expertise in designing and implementing consumer experience through Agile methodologies
- Ensuring continuous product disruption and timely execution and delivery
- Growing and engaging the organic visitors to the company's products
- Improving the conversion of the organic visitors to paid customers
- Improving the discoverability and SEO of the website
- Managing prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, technical constraints and business drivers
- Benchmarking competitive experiences and defining and implementing a roadmap of improvements
Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
- 3 to 7 years of experience handling various facets of product life cycle management or consumer experience across tech product platforms (web apps, mobile apps and AI)
- Candidates with Tier 1 B.Tech/B.E + Tier 1 MBA
- Product management experience in top notch B2C brands
- Anyone with experience in wireframe design, ui/ux design, user acceptance testing, product roadmap etc
- Last 3 -5 years should have had complete ownership of product design, launch and monitoring numbers around UX, DAU (Daily Active Users), MAU (Monthly Active Users) and similar metrics
- Inclination towards metrics, numbers and hands-on experience in using popular tools
- Passionate about building a great product
- Should understand the role of technology and its impact in providing great customer experience
- Comfortable with solving unstructured problems and coming up with innovative solutions
- Experience with scaled consumer product rollout with the user base of over 10L
- Familiarity of working in a high paced product company, working on disruptive technology
- Rock solid communication, presentation and analytical skills
- Strong preference for someone who has driven large numbers with small team size
