Product Manager - Online/Internet - IIT/NIT/BITS/IIM/XLRI/FMS/MDI

Responsibilities:

- Take responsibility for the strategic direction, enhancement and financial performance of the portfolio of products and services

- Lead and develop product roadmaps for all products in conjunction with the Senior Team and relevant stakeholders

- Work collaboratively with Sales, Engineering and Operations to ensure effective delivery and support of products and services

- Create, track and measure the product metrics and take action based on the outcomes/result

- Achieve profitable growth across all product lines at P&L level

- Provide hands-on leadership and direction to the team along with strategic input into the company- s business plan

- Develop and manage budgets and resource requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's from any of the elite engineering colleges & MBA is preferred

- 2-4 years of expertise in product conceptualization and delivery

- Experience in building B2B/Enterprise/SAAS product solutions

- Experience of building/scaling a global product with a customer centric vision

- Should have excellent analytical & problem solving skills

- Possess excellent communication, sharp analytical abilities with proven design skills, able to think critically of the current system in terms of growth and stability
