Your responsibilities will include: - Engaging with our buyers and sellers to identify requirements. - Defining product features. - Working closely with development teams to get those features in the hands of our customers. Successful applicants will have experience defining products, leading cross-functional teams, and communicating with many stakeholders. You will also need to learn about capabilities from internal teams and communicate effectively to all levels of the company, both in writing and in meetings. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's in computer science, engineering, math, economics, business, or design. - 3+ years of either product management, product design management, or program management in a technology-focused business - 3+ years of experience working in an agile development environment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Prior experience managing technical products or online services - Proficient with web services, online technologies, and user interface design - Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record for delivering results in fast-moving environments - History of developing business strategy in conjunction with senior leadership - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Completion of an entire product lifecycle - Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
