Job Overview :

Position : Product Manager for Online Insurance Buying Process

Eligibility :

- Minimum 3 years experience

- Strong analytical skills - ability to identify key metrics and constantly improve them

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects.

- Insurance knowledge is NOT a must

Job Description :-

- Own the entire customer funnel - acquisition to sale

- Define various KPIs, track them regularly and analyze them over time in order to have a better view of where the business is going

- Responsible for user experience, engagement, retention and retargeting strategies for each product

- Develop a product strategy and road map for development

- Work closely with cross-functional team in executing the product's road map

- Identify and assess the feasibility of product opportunities

- Making sure the right product is delivered at the right time

- Represent the customers through the product development process.

- Running tests for better user experience

- Running tests to increase conversion rates
