Job Mandate :
- Lead Product Management across eCommerce Store Front for Grocery focused on search, cart, checkout experience and enabling touch points to achieve brand and business objectives.
- Be the catalyst and evangelist driving the Innovation agenda for the business
Key Responsibilities :
Product Management :
- Lead Product Visioning & Strategy, that elevates the brand and business
- Drive and instill a culture of deep user-centric research driving product plan, design and development. Transform Falcons initiative into a base of consumer insights/ user centric design competency in the organization
- Support the benchmarking of current technology enabled solutions capability and develop roadmap to address key strategic/ differentiation initiatives, and increased speed and agility.
- Develop/Support robust processes and SOPs to enable effective customer-product-business-technology integration resulting in high impact output
- Work effectively across stakeholders to drive a holistic approach to product design and development
- Lead all aspects of Product Management across roadmapping, prioritization, stakeholder management, business case development, story/product features detailing, testing, across release cycles
- Finalize each roadmap 30 days before the start of the quarter, and execute as per release schedule
- Develop and execute a strong data-driven / insights-driven approach to Product Management
- Build, manage and mentor a high performing team
- Be a strategic advisor across functions to instil/ build innovation as a pervasive culture, and the critical enabling environment/ skillsets therein
- Cross functionally drive and deliver on critical strategic projects

- Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities; Big Data experience preferred

- Experience/Affinity to fashion/ lifestyle retail businesses a big plus
Years of Experience - Combination of top-tier technology and business education preferred
- 8 / 10 years of experience in Product Management/ Technology with 5+ years with consumer facing products
