Product Manager - Online/eCommerce

Client is looking for a rock star Product Manager.

As the product manager you will need to execute the product vision of Client. Working directly with the management, you will build products from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on your industry experience and your contacts with customers and prospects. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.

About You :

You must enjoy spending time in the market to understand the problems, and find innovative solutions for the broader market. You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company.You must be able to switch between your analytical & your creative side.You will work closely with our development team to define productrelease requirements.At the same time, you will also work with marketing, brand & communications to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer with a view to driving ROI & value from the product. You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for our product offering, occasionally working with the sales channel and key customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- You will be the mini-CEO who will obsess about our key products, both mobile & web & the product marketing strategies.

- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to monitoring execution.

- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by speaking to teams, conducting market research supported by ongoing visits to customers and non-customers.

- Driving a solution set across development

- Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.

- Analysing potential partner relationships for the product.

REQUIREMENTS :

- 4+ years in Product role and past experience in building disruptive Products in the market

- Strong in technical skills (ability to communicate with engineers)

- In-depth knowledge about latest tools, AI/ML, OMS, Marketing automation tools

- Experience in E-commerce, Design, Retail is a plus

- Engineering/MBA from Tier 1 college is a plus
