Product Manager - NPO/FCRA
- Growth of NPO and FCRA business portfolio
- Product Manager will be responsible for Growth of existing and NTB business.
- To identify and scope the untapped opportunities and drive acquisition of new relations PAN India in the NPO and FCRA entities to achieve the assigned NAV & CIB targets
- NPO's are registered under trust, societies, section 25 companies etc. and FCRA are generally registered under trusts.
- Both these entities are specially monitored by regulator hence product Manager has to ensure that business is sourced with all regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring of transactions and working closely with process and compliance team to set up checks and controls for effective business management.
- Tracking of CASA Balance sheet on regular basis and reporting to management in reviews and monthly newsletters
- Market Research, Competition analysis, Existing data analysis for continuous improvement in product and portfolio growth.
- Engage with Channel to drivemyApp and CMS Solutions
- Regular engagement with GIB & Solutions sales channel to penetrate solutions Basis segment requirement conceptualize & provide customized products
- NPO's and FCRA can be charitable, religious, welfare, research and various other type of organizations so depending as per entity requirements various payment and collection solutions along with myApps to be promoted
- Identification of potential customers by doing analysis on existing portfolio to convert them from manual transactions to digital transactions.
- One-point contact for Act as an efficient conduct between GIB and all other departments for channel requirements like marketing, compliance, legal, various other product teams, etc. various Channel requirements Understanding channel requirements and competition practices, considering risk parameters, and recommending changes in existing processes to ensure minimum opportunity loss for the business.
- To develop and promote bank brand in NPO and FCRA segment by carrying various marketing initiatives.
- Spearhead the projects and Impart / arrange the product trainings to the RBB/ GIB team on new products / solutions in NPO and FCRA segment.
- To Identify Cross sell opportunities
- In NPO's and FCRA accounts, we have lot of cross sell opportunities like TFX from donations from foreign contributions, Insurance, salary accounts, investments etc.
- Product Manager to drive all such cross sell opportunities through channel to generate maximum profits for the bank.
