Product Manager Non-resident Product-Banking


- The Liabilities Department Team is responsible for Banking products namely Savings Account including NR saving accounts, Term Deposits, Lockers, NPS, Financial Inclusion & X-sell of Asset products namely Home Loan, Car Loan, Credit Cards, LAS & Personal Loans to bank customers.


- The team looks at Product Development & lifecycle management, Innovation across products & services, Value management deepening and activation, customer retention, marketing & analytics based campaigns, engaging with Branches to ensure budget achievement, Business solutions and process improvement by better use of technology and standardization.

Key Responsibilities :


This role will be responsible for :

- The overall Non-resident products and managing profit and loss for NR products for the Bank.

- Executing the Budget plan on NR segment for the Bank.

- Analysing and preparing business performance/ market trend/ competitive landscape reports.

- Continually identifying and implementing product improvements by leveraging channel, customer and competitive insights.

- Engaging channel for superior business delivery on existing products & faster adoption of new products to meet business goals.

- Working on both architectural and functional issues with cross-functional teams to achieve integration and clean business flows for projects of varying nature.

- Plan and ensure ongoing co-ordination with local/regional Teams, for improved delivery of business results including handling of product queries.

- Conceptualizing marketing enablers that affect channel & customer decision making w.r.t product.

- Driving end-to-end bank level campaigns & programs.

- Publication of Progress Dash Board and channel engagement.

Educational Qualifications & Certifications :


- Masters of Business Administration in any specialisation.

Skills & Competencies :


- Stakeholders management.

- Flexible to change

- Good communication and presentation skills, negotiation skills with ability to interact with people at various levels of the organization and outside environment, strong sales and relationship management skills.

- Process orientation Ability to manage information in structured and systematic manner.

- Should be creative and innovative in problem solving and the formulation of solutions.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Target driven

- Analytical with Product management skills.

- Ability to multi-task & manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Drafting skills for writing strategy & business plan documents & proposals.

- Understanding of key business drivers & ability to drive business output Working knowledge of excel and good presentation skills.
