Product Manager

Position: Product Manager

Location: Gurugram

Role:

1. Be the product owner responsible for idea validation to grow market opportunities outside of the current product roadmaps.

2. Writes and maintains the user stories. Ensures user stories are "ready" for development to start work

3. Create an understanding of business contexts, requirements, objectives and expectations of internal and external customers. Work with a cross-functional team in planning a product release

4. Gathers, manages, and prioritizes the product backlog

5. Works closely with engineering and quality assurance to ensure the right customer problem is solved

6. Tracks progress towards the release of a product.

7. Prioritizes defect or bug resolution

8. Serve as a product champion by analyzing external market trends, competition, and opportunities that impact the users and capabilities of the platform

9. Work in an environment that supports individual growth.

Requirements:

1. MBA and/ or engineering graduate with at least 4 years of experience in product management.

2. Well versed with defining user journeys, Wire framing, BRD, PRD and feature detailing.

3. Comfortable with Tech Stack.

4. Experience in Lending Domain (Banks, NBFC, Fintech) preferred.

5. Must be high on ownership and a team player.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset

7. Demonstrated skills in influencing, negotiating and communicating.

8. Experience completing multiple, complex technical projects.
