We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Mutual Fund Product Manager. This role requires a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience within the mutual fund sector. If you have a passion for financial products, a deep understanding of mutual funds, and a proven track record in product management, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute product strategies and plans for our mutual fund offerings, aligned with the company's overall objectives.

- Conduct market research and presentation to identify new product opportunities, analyze competitor offerings, and stay up to date with industry trends.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as investment management, sales and marketing to ensure successful product launches and ongoing management.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of existing mutual fund products in the form of Product Presentation, Product Note and identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for enhancements.

- Drive product positioning and messaging based on market research and customer insights.

- Partner with the investment team to evaluate investment strategies, fund performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards for due diligence, corporate presentation, etc

- Stay informed about regulatory changes affecting the mutual fund industry and ensure compliance in all product-related activities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, CFA) is highly desirable.

- Proven experience (5-7 years) in product management within the mutual fund sector.

- Strong knowledge of mutual fund products, investment strategies, and market dynamics.

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey product information to both internal and external stakeholders.

- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to collaborate and influence across various teams.
