- Support the development, design and delivery of Growth Source Strategy (across People, Process, Product & Customer Service) and effectively communicate to employees, customers and business partners
- Work on special initiatives & projects bringing together teams and capabilities and closely work with key stakeholders within the wider Digital, IT, Project, Sales & Marketing, Policy & Risk, Operations, Compliance teams
- Responsible for lifecycle performance of core and attached (fee-income) products in MSME: Conception, Definition, Distribution & Services, Profitability and Evolution
- Ensure product offerings are differentiated, competitive, compelling and customer-centric
- Monitoring of policy and underwriting strategy for effective product delivery
- Executing/ implementing outputs/ recommendations from analytics framework identifying early warning signals, credit& risk process changes, customer profile or demographic or geographic risk factors, portfolio risk forecasting
- Ensure adequate fee income or cross-selling is done with an existing portfolio to reduce COA and increase ROE on products
