Product Manager - Mortgages

We have 2 openings for Product Manager positions with the Mortgage business of a leading private sector bank in Mumbai.

- Incumbent will focus on Product training & certification for the Mortgages' Sales team.

Key Responsibilities would be :

- Content development for training

- Functional training delivery for product

- Managing & organising training & tests for counselors and sales manager pan India.

- Product development

- Development of online certification program.

The person should have thorough understanding of Mortgage products. Excellent Communication skills and ability to connect with various stakeholders.

Exp of 8-13 years is required.

Role would be centered around Analytics, MIS & Reporting :

Key Responsibilities would be :

- Handling end to end analytics for Mortgage business

- Reporting & MIS for Senior Management

- Management of P&L of Mortgage business

- To work closely with Finance & Planning team.

The person should have a Analytics / Business Intelligence background.

Effective communication with an inclination for numbers is required.

Should be able to make sense from large data / trends and conclude to come up with business enablers. Exp of 8-13 years is required
