- Responsible for achieving the assigned target of mortgage business(home loans/LAP/OD) through the DMA channel
- To enable the sales team with better tools & processes to ensure that the targets related to DMA channel like business volume, DMA recruitment and activation targets are met
- To review the processes related to DMA channel (recruitment, pay out, code creation etc)and suggest improvements for better TAT and minimal escalations
- To solve all DMA queries regarding pay outs, code creation etc with the help of internal stake holders
- Coordinate with internal stake holders (Operations, Process, Product, Sales) to ensure that the DMAs get a better experience.
- Run a loyalty program for DMAs to ensure they have a longer and a deeper association with us
- Manage the agency which would support in running various programs for the DMAs
- Drive various contests and programs to improve the business volume from DMAs
- Share and drive the various performance reports like DMA recruitment, activation, business with the stake holders.
- Manage the overall Channel cost by altering the product and profile mix of business sourced from the DMAs
- Study and implement the best market practices related to DMAs like recruitment process, pay out process etc.
- Generate more revenue by cross selling other products through DMA channel
- Study the channel satisfaction survey and implement its findings to improve the overall channel satisfaction
- Send new product/ policy communication to channel partners from time to time
- Manage the overall Pay out process to ensure that the channel partners get the pay-outs in time.
- Manage the Online platform(content, communication etc) for DMAs with the help of agency.
- Manage the outbound calling team to improve engagement with channel partners
- Manage the national level alliances(National DMAs)
