Product Manager - Monetization - Mobile/Internet

We are looking to fill Product Manager - Monetization with one of our Global Client

Work Location : Gurgaon

Our Client is looking for a Product Manager, Monetization, to own both 1st and 3rd party monetization efforts for the full suite of client's ad products. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with technology, business development, sales, and design teams to conceive and implement advertising offerings that provide value to our partners while balancing constantly evolving user experience considerations.

In addition to and aside from the core day-to-day product development work, you will monitor trends and news in the digital media space (specifically as they relate to monetization and advertising), monitor usage and feedback from users, and strive to improve the overall product excellence of products's ad offerings.

Job Responsibilities :

- Manage existing 1st and 3rd party advertising and monetization relationships from a product implementation and user experience perspective.

- Work with the Ad Sales team to support new business efforts.

- Be an expert in the latest advertising and monetization trends across mobile.

- Own responsibility for consistent and excellent monetization product offerings on platforms.

- Implement new advertising and monetization products on platforms.

- Work with designers and developers to implement designs into technology.

- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

- Work both collaboratively and independently while maintaining a high level of productivity.

Basic Qualifications :

- 3+ years experience in a Product Management or Product Development role for an Internet or mobile company.

- Passion for digital media; previous experience in an ad-supported media environment is a big plus.

- Personality suited to handle responsibility, leadership and goals under pressure.

- Experience with A/B Testing and/or User Testing is a plus.

- Previous startup experience is a plus.

- Outstanding communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, Business) or other business/analytical related field with a solid foundation in quantitative and qualitative methods.

MBA is a plus.
