We have an opening for Product Manager - Mobile Banking with a Payments Bank.

Roles and Responsibilities:
You will be in charge of managing, improving, and developing our mobile banking application in your capacity as a Mobile Banking Product Manager. To guarantee the success of our mobile banking application, you will work with cross-functional teams from engineering, design, marketing, and customer support. Your main objective will be to drive innovation and growth in the mobile banking industry while providing our consumers with a seamless, simple, and secure mobile banking experience.
- Product Strategy: Create and implement a thorough plan for our mobile banking app that is in line with the overarching aims and objectives of the business.
- Roadmap Planning: Based on market research, customer feedback, and industry trends, develop and update a comprehensive product roadmap that describes feature releases, enhancements, and updates.
- Conditions Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and collect requirements for new features and functionality, making sure that they are in line with customer wants and corporate goals.
- Feature Definition: To direct the development process, define precise and comprehensive feature specifications that include acceptance criteria, design requirements, and user stories.
- Project Management: Oversee cross-functional teams from conception to launch of the product development lifecycle, making sure that high-quality features and releases are delivered on schedule.
- User Experience Optimization: Use iterative design improvements, user feedback analysis, and usability testing to continuously improve the mobile banking application's user experience.
- Performance Monitoring: Track usage, engagement, and satisfaction metrics for mobile apps and leverage data-driven insights to improve product performance and encourage user adoption.
- Security and Compliance: Verify that the mobile banking app satisfies all security and compliance criteria, such as legal requirements and industry best practices for privacy and data protection.
- Stakeholder Communication: To promote openness and alignment, inform internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers about project statuses, roadmap plans, and product updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (more than 3 years) in product management, preferably in the fintech or banking industry.
- Strong understanding of mobile app development processes, UI/UX design principles, and agile methodologies.
