Function

1. Product Development should specialize in developing Mobile products

2. Product Conceptualization & Development

3. To independently manage mobile platforms, product portfolio and growth of the platform

4. To build New strategies for user’s retention, loyalty and strategy for new users

5. To create marketing & loyalty strategies for mobile platforms

Key Responsibilities

1. To Conceptualize and create the world class digital products

2. To work with the engineering team to develop the product.

3. Driving the growth of the product post launch

4. Revenue generation and facilitation for the product

Key Skills

1. Product Management skills

2. Team management

3. Experience with B2C mobile destinations/products Agile based development,

4. Creative with product conceptualization skills,

5. Business planning skills including P&L development

6. New business development.

7. Excellent presentation skills

8. Good Technical knowledge of latest technologies and trends in the mobile industry

9. Should be Customer oriented with experience in managing large customer base

10. Good understanding & execution skillsets in digital marketing.

11. Should be an expert in running optimized ROI driven digital marketing

12. Should have good understanding of earned media like SEO & Social Media

Qualifications

1. Post Graaduate in Management

2. Preferably from entertainment domain & youth related product management background

3. Games industry knowledge, interested in games

4. Should be interested in new internet technologies

5. Excel, Powerpoint, Practical knowledge of HTML, Scripting, Google Analytics

CTC- Rs 8 - Rs 10 lakhs pa
