Key roles and responsibilities
1. Develop new products for Micro &Small Business Segment in line with market trends and internal policies
2. Policy development and management for MSB segment
3. Market research and competitor analysis
4. Coordination with various internal stakeholders like Risk, Credit, Analytics etc.
5. MIS /Dashboards for business group
6. Design campaigns and manage them
7. Coordinate with sales team and ensure their performance parameters are disseminated.
