Product Manager - Micro Finance - NBFC

JOB PURPOSE :

- Business process re-engineering

- Operations management

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle document verification of micro loans and handling insurance operations of group & individual loan clients. Also to handle reconciliation of branch & central ops

- Work closely with business, IT and vendor for new products getting launched and enhancement in existing systems used

- Review BRD, FSD & test scenarios, carrying out testing, branch training, post production support

- Prepare and update SOPs.

- Coordinate with Risk and compliance to get SOPs approved

- Prepare process flows, audio-visual training material, training plan, reviewing training effectiveness, planning training for new hires and existing users in branch

- To working on operational excellence for error reductions
