Manage loyalty programs for Banks to name a few SBI, PNB, HDFC, Yes Bank etc. At one side where we have these clients, on the other side we acquire Retail Partners/Merchants where customers can transact and earn accelerated loyalty points. We take care of the complete process, the concept, designing, from the time the customer earns the points till he redeems the entire process is taken care by us.
To help our customers earn points anywhere, we have our Max Get More Consumer App. As we enter into the next phase of our organizational growth, we are aiming to decisively reinvigorate the organization and reposition the organization from being a strong B2B player - a game which we have decisively won, into a deeply consumer focused organization with a Product approach. Merchants/Retailers can now accept cashless payments using our mPoint Business App. This app will enable offline merchants to market their products to a larger audience.
We are a young, aggressive and fast-growing organization that is aiming to make a dent in the retail and banking industry in India, on how they acquire new consumers and how they manage the relationship with their existing consumers. We have had three rounds of venture capital funding from the most prestigious firms and hold a leading position in the Indian loyalty industry space. We ranked 7th in this year's 'Deloitte Technology Fast 50' and were listed in 'Red Herring Top 100 Companies in Asia'.
We have had a stupendously fast growth in the first phase of our organizational development. Headquartered in Mumbai with offices across India, we are currently about 270 people strong and manage loyalty programs for over 24 banks in India, with a cumulative base of over 700 million consumer profiles across the loyalty programs we manage. We also work with over 120 mid to large sized retail organizations with over 7,000 retail outlets enrolled into our consumer platform called Max Get More.

Key Responsibilities
- The Loylty Rewardz team is looking for a results-oriented and customer-focused product manager with analytical skills to help shape and impact the next generation Max Get More range of products
- Research existing data and conducting an extensive customer needs analysis to define multiple opportunities for the product
- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
- Developing and refining specific product requirements for the market segment clearly communicating goals and desired outcomes to cross-functional project teams.
- Evaluate impact of features and prioritize the features
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
- Write complete and detail-oriented product requirements documents and ensuring clear communication of those requirements to the business, design and development teams.
- Do a proof of concept for each feature and evaluate the results. Iterate to build a strong customer centric product.
- Translate the product vision into a product roadmap.
- Extremely passionate about providing a good customer experience with a deep understanding of UX best practices.
- Work with execution team and resolving questions and queries on the go - to ensure product features are implemented in the best possible way.
Candidate Profile
Experience:
Candidate should have 3-5 years of experience with minimum 2 years in product management
- Proven track record of translating customer needs into business / product requirements (mobile and/or web based products)
- E-commerce or payments industry expertise required, either on the merchant or consumer side
- Outstanding customer focus (Experience in Design Thinking would be a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Work across multiple teams and communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Good analytical skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule tradeoffs and opportunistic new ideas with technical team
Qualification:
Any graduate preferably an MBA in Marketing/General Management from a premium institute
