Description :
1. Product Lifecycle Management :
- On the basis of deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that lead to growth in market share, improve customer experience and product penetration; 4P's/4C's
- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies; translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Drive product launches including working with market research team, executives, and other product management team members
- Consistently monitoring and augmenting sales force to maximize portfolio revenue; improving profitability with efficient optimization of marketing spend
- Monitoring and providing recommendations for optimizing demand and supply for assigned portfolio
- Market Development Initiatives: Driving good dialysis practices by implementing education and training initiatives for internal and external stakeholders
- Actively partnering in developing product education materials and presentations with medical and clinical teams
- Periodically organizing and leading education and training programs for key stakeholders
- Drive and spearhead the customer education and awareness programs Pan India. Monitoring, coordinating and managing compliance requirements of such programs.
- Develop electronic media strategy for assigned portfolio and drive execution
- Recommend and implement relevant social media campaigns
- Create marketing and promotional materials, both print and electronic.
- Developing literature and other forms of communication.
- Work with agencies for timely and useable promotional tools developments and submissions
- Planning event budget for assigned portfolio and optimizing expenses as per the budget
- Collaborating with product management team members in organizing events/conferences as per the plan
