- To draw/plan and execute Business Annual Plan for GS/GYNE

- To identify potential users.

- To identify new potential areas of application.

- To gather information on competitive products in his area and prepare counter plan/strategies.

- To co-ordinate with Regional Business Managers, Distributors and other departments to achieve planned targets.

- To plan and execute new product launches.

- To provide specialized knowledge/knowhow whenever required.

- To provide training to internal as well external associates.

- To co-ordinate with OMSC/OSTE Product Management team.

- To maintain reference/training centres and KOLs

- To plan and participate in marketing events to extract maximum mileage
