Role - Product Manager
Travel required - Yes (25% - 40%)
Job Responsibilities -
- Design, execute MDA and provide marketing support for the external partnership (Project KHN)
- Design, develop and drive marketing programs successfully
- Drive successful product launches working with various stakeholders
- Portfolio management that includes pricing, product mix, promotion, logistics, forecasting, etc.
- Develop customer-focused campaigns
- Execution of market development strategies that target market access, awareness and adoption
- Market and portfolio analysis on a continuous basis to drive strong tactics
- Strong marketing communication with both internal and external stakeholders
- Assist driving sales and/or campaigns by acting as a product/procedure expert
- Innovate new ideas for offers and pricing to attract customers and gain sales traction
- Drive product training especially new products/applications when required
- Identify healthcare solutions opportunities
- Study healthcare landscape, stakeholders, and mandates, drivers
- Identify problem areas that need to be fixed to offer better value to the customer
- Make commercial proposals, align with internal stakeholders, build pipeline, execute the projects post commercial close
- Work in compliant and ethical manner; always adhere to company policies & local regulations
- Team work to achieve individual and team's goals - work with sales teams, QRA, Business Admin, Business development manager, LSP, external partners - to be able to serve customers- needs
- Be flexible and versatile in handling relevant mandates as assigned by the organization
Candidate Profile
- Background in healthcare sales/marketing with minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience
- Candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle communication across levels of various internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in Cardiology is an add-on
