They always had an independent opinion and voice, which reflects in all their Events hosting and providing a platform to sectors like Tech, HR, Marketing, Education, Women Entrepreneurship and more.
Their Chairman, an MDI alumnus, has an experience of more than 2 decades in the media industry and is taking the brand to new heights. Their online communities boast of providing information and a coverage that will enlighten its seeker of the various functions and goals like recruitment, education, hospitality etc.
As a Product Manager, you will drive the product life-cycle of one/many online products from identifying requirements, development, launching, growing adoption, user feedback collection and measuring learning impact.
What you will do:
- Owning and driving one/ many products across functions (Technology, Content, Sales, vendors etc) through requirement backlog, use cases, product design and launch
- Performing quality assurance controls on products and maintaining a health dashboard on each product
- Conducting primary and secondary research to identify customer needs and market gaps
- Internalizing User Personas and be the - voice of the customer- when suggesting and implementing product enhancements
- Prioritizing the implementation of new features and set specific timelines
- Making an impact with a product that is well established (over 1mn users)
- Having visibility to and influence in making important product decisions
What you need to have:
- Worked with large media brands and worked on their growth
- Great communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Familiarity with user-research, market research
- Designing User experiences to cater to a varied set of consumer-behaviors
- Strong time management skills, attention to detail
- Great to have experience in EdTech sector is preferred
- Moderate to advanced understanding of technical implementation/concepts
- Can run SQL queries
- Enjoys working with large sets of data
- Ability to context-switch as well as connect-the-dots
