Roles & Responsibilities:
A. Create both Products and Services
B. Platform development and multi-product integration
C. Focuses on aligning a company's product strategy with the overall business strategy.
D. Experience to create platform of platforms
E. Gather all content within company
F. and create a product portfolio
G. To ensure the company's products meet the needs of its customers.
H. Closely involved in marketing efforts to ensure the customers understand the full range of the product's benefits. They may also be involved in the design and engineering process.
I. Need to be able to adapt quickly to changing market demands.
J. Strategic thinking. Person needs to think through each step of the product life cycle, from the initial design to how to eventually launch and distribute the product.
K. Budgeting, making revenue projections and managing cash flow
L. Experience in merging the Creators community to the Product platform and end customers
M. Product integration and new product development
N. Conceptualize and Deliver highly innovative digital media and content products
O. Create multiple MVP's each quarter for the first 2 years
P. Prototype, test and build products as per customer need and demand
Q. Build actionable product roadmap
R. Work on the budgeting of the product
S. Work with engineers and tech teams to execute the vision of the product
T. Conduct analysis and studies on value, usability and feasibility
U. Create a revenue plan for the product alongwith Sales and BD teams
V. Continuously monitor product performance and reports post-launch
W. Continuously gather feedback and improve the product features based on the feedback
X. Continuously innovate, suggest ideas for new products or improvements in the existing product
Y. Train Marketing/Sales team on new feature/product launch
Knowledge & Skills:
a) Experience in new age Digital is a must
b) Knowledge across Syndication OR Licensing OR NFT and API integrations
c) Experience in Crypto and Blockchain
d) Experience to work with cross border international and domestic partners
