Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Martech and e-commerce initiatives. In this role, you will drive our Martech strategy, shape the customer journey, and enhance the online experience. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll deliver innovative solutions and contribute to our ecommerce goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Martech Strategy: Formulate and execute JSW One's Martech stack strategy, enhancing web capabilities for personalized customer experiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead interdisciplinary teams, collaborating with engineering, data science, and marketing experts to address intricate business and customer requirements.
- Product Vision: Develop and champion a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
- Web Technologies Expertise:
- Profound understanding of advanced web technologies, including content management systems (e.g., Drupal/Site Studio, Adobe Experience Manager), web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), experimentation & personalization tools (e.g., CleverTap, Braze, Moengage, Segment), and digital asset management systems (e.g., Widen, Viva, Canto).
- Lead the development and optimization of the marketing technology stack to drive revenue across channels and improve structures.
- Drive online and offline customer journeys for user migration, acquisition, engagement, retention, digital adoption, and online transactions using marketing channels and technology stack (e.g., Moengage, MessageBird, Mailmodo, WhatsApp Commerce, customer loyalty programs).
- Manage the marketing automation team and functions.
- Demonstrate expertise in SEO and SEM best practices, including technical SEO and AI/Gen AI marketing applications.
- SEO and SEM: Implement SEO and SEM best practices to enhance online presence and visibility.
- Leadership: Lead a high-performance team, mentoring and guiding to achieve impactful results.
- Marketing Automation: Explore AI and Gen AI applications in marketing to enhance capabilities.
- Data and Intelligence: Utilize technology and data proficiency to optimize our integrated CX ecosystem.
- Competitive Analysis: Evaluate the competitive landscape, identify compelling solutions, and assess emerging platforms and tools.
- People Management: Manage and develop teams, fostering career growth, effective performance management, and succession planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in web product management, marketing, e-commerce, or related fields.
- Profound expertise in web technologies, SEO, SEM, and marketing automation.
- Proven leadership in MarTech product and platform management.
- Strong strategic acumen and ability to champion a compelling product vision.
- Experience building web platform capabilities for personalized customer experiences.
- Knowledge of AI application in marketing.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in marketing and performance marketing principles.
- Ability to analyze competitive landscapes and emerging technologies.
- 5+ years of people management experience, with a track record of mentoring and developing high-impact teams.
- Experience in designing and delivering orchestration and channel activation products.
