Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop new Category / capabilities for Managed Services by a thorough understanding of market needs and consumer insights, by working across stakeholders in sales, marketing, product/engineering team to deliver these products/ offerings
- Build a 3-5 year strategic product roadmap for their Category- solutions
- Ownership of Category level revenue and P&L for set of offerings in a Categories - solutions.
- Develop and own GTM plan for the categories - solutions including- customer acquisition, engagement, sales roll out, pricing & packaging etc.
- Sales capacity planning and sales funnel management along with Sales Ops for the set of category solutions offerings
- Formulate Marketing Strategy and goals for set of category solution offerings - including creating a compelling value proposition, messaging & Brand Positioning, Digital Marketing plan, Onboarding experience and ensure delivery of the same along with Content Owner/ Marketing
- Build required partnerships and alliances
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
