Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Digital Customer Experience on e-Commerce Web-Site and Consumer Mobile App
- Design and develop new Digital use Case on Brand Website and Consumer App
- Map existing Customer Journey's on the Website and work- out designs for enriching the Journey
- Identify New Online digital tools (3 rd Party tools) required for Customer Experience and implement the same
- Measure the Customer Experience on each user Journey and improvise them
- Create New User Personas for Brand Websites
- Develop wireframes and functional requirement document for new use cases to be implemented on Website and Consumer App.
- Enable eCommerce Functionalities like Product Enrichment, Sales Catalog Mapping, SEO, Collection Pages for taking live on any Website
- Design New Personalization Use Cases for Online Customers.
Key Deliverables :
- Deploy New Use Cases for e-Commerce Website and Consumer Apps
- Ensure New Use Cases are delivering the expected Customer Value
- Timely deliverables of Wireframes, Use Cases and Functional requirements required for Product Development.
- Manage the Product Development Cycle for Website and App
- Manage Analytics and Personalization Use Cases
