What you'll need :
- Relevant 2-7 years of experience working as a Product manager or Product analyst for a B2C product
- Preference for Graduates from IIT or equivalent premier institutes. MBA is a plus (top-10 only) - not a requirement
- Independent and curious, you set your own targets, ask for help when you need it and are always looking to learn something new
- You are a self-starter, you love to understand systems inside out, and make it your mission to deliver quality products
- You love building & scaling consumer-facing products
- You are user and data-focussed problem solver
Skills :
- Monitor performance of owned products/features Identify roadblocks / operational issues beforehand and keep multiple solutions available for teams to discuss upon.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Firebase Analytics or similar products
- Ability to query data from SQL databases, hands-on in matters of data handling and analytics
- Create prototypes, mocks, and workflows to facilitate ideation and brainstorm on customer experience at every touch point
- Define, track and publish key engagement and business metrics for all aspects of the business
- Publish product development milestones; communicate success stories within and outside of the product development department
- Agile Approach : With a strong bias to execution, with an iterative approach to product development, you always focus on building and testing well-research hypothesis over silver bullet answers
