Role & Responsibilities:
- Shape the visual identity & user experience of our products, leading a team of designers.
- Drive product roadmap for Location-Based Services (LBS) to maximize user value.
- Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and drive product development.
- Optimize LBS performance through data analysis and technical improvements.
- Champion user adoption through compelling documentation, demos, and workshops.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute innovative ideas for product enhancement.
Ideal Candidate:
- 4-6 years of product management experience in logistics or transportation.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and agile methodologies.
- Experience with location-based data and maps as a foundation for experiences.
- Proven track record of launching and iterating on software products.
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for the logistics industry and creating impactful solutions.
- Technical knowledge of APIs, data integration, and real-time tracking technologies is a plus.
