Product Manager - Logistics Domain

Retail Technology team in India is chartered to delivering next generation of ecommerce, fulfillment and logistics solutions which power the digital meets physical initiatives of the largest company in the world.

Your Opportunity :

You'll have the opportunity to make a difference by being a part of development team to build cutting edge applications that support the logistics business operations. You will come across challenging business problems which will accelerate your learning curve

Your Responsibility :

- You will have to work with business partners/sponsors to define a vision, strategy and roadmap, MVPs for your product(s) - Warehouse Management System products that support the organanizations Warehouse/DC operations, in line with business and customer experience objectives across geographies

- You will have to gather requirements from business sponsors and users; documenting process flows, business scenarios, workflows, benchmarking and develops timelines for business analysis deliverables.

- You will have to partner, collaborate and coordinate requirements across modules within the product; close collaboration with business and technical users across business units, locations and time zones

- You will have to define, create and maintains Epics, User stories, product backlog items and story prioritization.

- You will have to define acceptance criteria and definition of done of stories including features, enhancements and new product features as per the strategic roadmap

- You will have to partner and collaborate with stakeholders from multiple teams like Engineering, QA, UX etc across numerous business units across countries and teams

- You will have to define, track and improve key product metrics.

- You will have to work effectively in Agile software development methodology and lead the entire team to successfully deliver product goals.

Your Qualifications :

- You hold a bachelor's / Masters or an equivalent degree, preferably in engineering or management

- You come with 8+ years of software product / application development or Business consulting experience, preferably in the retail / e-commerce industry

- Exposure into Warehouse Managements Systems and Supply chain systems is a plus.
