Product Manager LAS

About the Role :

- The LAS ODFD product manager will be responsible for development of product strategy, implementation of initiatives related to pricing and payout management.

- The individual should have proven work experience in designing, promotion of products, managing portfolio, pricing and payouts.

Key Responsibilities :

- Product and Portfolio management :

a. Drive and manage all P&L metrics for LAS

b. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand the business profitably including various initiatives to improve utilization

c. Handling audit related queries and implementing relevant recommendations

d. Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders on Audit, Compliance and Payouts

Role Proficiencies :

For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following :

- Good understanding of Loan against securities business

- Strong analytical skills, problem solving ability, detail orientation

- Self-motivated, innovative and strong team player

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, Power point, word)
