Job Title : Product Manager (Lighting)
JOB PROFILE :
NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & PLANNING :
- Provide Support in making technical catalog, formulating schemes as per market trend and competitor analysis, accordingly defines features of the product and support in catalog designing, printing, box design etc.
COMMERCIAL & INSTITUTIONAL SALES SUPPORT : Provide support to sales employees for their product query, schemes and technical help .
CLAIM SETTLEMENT : Will be responsible for claim settlement & verification .
PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES :
- Will conduct Architect / specifiers / consultant programme & support in promotional activities in consultation with RMs / NSM & BD team
COORDINATION :
- To be the central point of contact for Sales employees queries from technical help or scheme clarity .Will be responsible to collect the status of product development from the market and assigned dealers & distributors .
POSITION PURPOSE :
- To be a bridge between the sales team & business heads and coordinate in smooth & efficient working
- To provide support to the sales team in regard with new plans, schemes and product pricing
- To do market analysis and competitor analysis and support the Business heads in product development
- To ensure smooth functioning in sales team across regions with proper planning & functioning.
FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS :
- Hands on experience of Dealer management system & MIS .
- Experience in cross functional coordination &
- Hands on experience in Advance Excel & power point
- Excellent technical skills of lighting products
