Product Manager - Lifestyle Durable

The Role would involve :

- Responsible for achieving Sales, Market Share and Profitability target for product

- Ensure future performance of products through focus on innovation and long term strategy

- Monitor on-going product performance – total sales and net contribution

- Design on-the-ground market/geography specific product strategies

- Interact with contractors and end customers to understand product needs/product perception/ dissatisfactions across markets

- Conceptualize new products/variants; work with R&D to develop products

- Undertake and monitor detailed product testing

- Organize product launches

- Work on packaging, PoPs, advertising and other selling aides development

- Interacting with contractors, interior designers and end consumer panels to track market trends/ unmet needs
Track customer complaints
