Product Manager - Life Insurance

We are working on the position of Product Manager for a Leading Life Insurance Co. in Mumbai.

We need candidates from Leading Insurance Companies / Banks. Candidates must have 5 - 10 years of experience in the field and :

- must be proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup etc)

- preferably have a finance background

- Should have good analytical, communication & interpersonal skills

- Must be MBA

Their role shall be product development & providing support to sales team.Additionally he/she shall be involved in business planning for the channel that involves tracking channel profitability on regular basis and providing updates/ inputs to senior management.

And their accountability as follows :

- New product development

- Identifying the current gap in product offerings & market potential for the new product

- Finalization of product features

- Filing of product with IRDA

- Sales training

- Launch of product
