- Independently establish the product vision and strategy with clear, measurable objectives.

- Identify optimal team compositions to effectively deliver on these objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, regulatory, legal, finance, and marketing to execute high-velocity product launches.

- Dive deep into customer feedback to generate actionable insights and refine products, elevating to the next level.

- Provide clarity on complex and ambiguous projects.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience.

- Previous experience in the life insurance domain is essential, with a strong understanding of regulatory and industry landscapes.

- Technical proficiency to understand product complexities independently and collaborate effectively with developers/architects to make informed technical decisions.

- Experience working in agile environments, proficient in managing scrum ceremonies.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.

- Handon with life integrations and has prior experience in building life insurance aggregation platforms

- Demonstrated track record of launching multiple products with speed and impact
