Responsibilities:
- Driving Delivery of Self Sourcing of Branch Sales Management.
- Driving Productivity of Branch Sales Management Team in terms of both Value and Numbers
- Driving Attachments and Cross sell by Branch Sales Managers
- Identifying Training needs for Branch Sales Management competency development; New Process; Products etc
- Checking on Compliance parameters like Communication address visits
- New product introduction and execution
- Tracking and Gatekeeping of acquired accounts
- Monitoring of Account opening process on TAB and EKYC
- Drive appropriate usage of Sales Customer Relationship Management
Requirements -
- Good Communication skills and Collaborative skills
- Ability to Drive sales through teams
- Understanding of Sales processes
