Product Manager - Lending - NBFC

Role and responsibility

- Deep understanding of Lending & Co-Lending ecosystems, industry trends, technology development and evolving customer needs.

- Strong functional knowledge of NBFC, HFC

- Gather requirements from internal team/ users to create requirements document and design process flows solution

- Coordinate with the business & IT team to deliver functional solutions and do end to end project management

- Monitor and prepare report & documentations on project related activities

- Good analytical & data driven; ability to derive actionable conclusions from large data sets.

- The ability to create and validate possibilities using data/customer interactions and tools

- Ability to understand tech deeply (architecture, scale pitfalls, etc) and to define functional design by taking platform/capability view

- Proactively communicate with stakeholders to keep them up to speed on planning, roadmap, execution status, launch, its impact, learnings, etc

- Automating repeatable tasks and reducing operational overheads.

- Responsible for system design and integration decisions

- Translate requirements into concepts and elegant user experience design

- Drive visual direction and strategy for pilot, MVP and prototyping efforts

- Create diagrams, user task flows, designs, and UI that promote ease of use and enhance the user experience
