Product Manager/Lead - Taxation/Hedge Fund Domain - BFSI

Team Summary :

- We are looking for an exceptionally talented Hedge Fund Taxation Product Manager to join the Product Management Group in our Client's Hyderabad office.

- This group is responsible for working with technology teams throughout the process lifecycle to specify, develop, and implement the firms- infrastructure and new middle-and-back-office applications.

- This position offers exciting opportunities to bridge product management and client relationship management, and to collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry.

What You'll Do :

- Strategize with the business owners to create a vision for the product

- Partner with business and tech owners to derive solutions for complex business problems

- Maintain the product roadmap and manage product backlog

- Work closely with the engineering team to design, manage, and maintain the product

- Communicate with all stakeholders, prepare project plans, release notes, etc., and conduct timely business-technology governance meetings

- Work with other product managers for projects cutting across multiple business areas to provide comprehensive business solutions

What You'll Need :

- At least 6 years of experience managing multiple products, especially hedge fund taxation suite

- Knowledge of common hedge fund structures, allocations, and hedge fund taxation concepts

- Knowledge of financial products and portfolio accounting

- Exposure to regulatory reporting including FATCA, FBAR, and FIN48 filings

- An outstanding academic background and the passion to work in a high-tech software development environment

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables

- A high level of personal maturity and a collaborative attitude
