We have opening for Product Manager - LAP with Leading NBFC

Location - Mumbai

Experience - 5+ years

Job Role :

- Oversee the Small ticket LAP (ST LAP) product strategy's implementation in accordance with the mission and objectives of the business.

- To stay up to date with industry trends and spot opportunities for the ST LAP product to stand out from the competition, conduct thorough market research.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like operations, risk, technology, and sales to develop and continuously enable changes to workflows, processes, policies, etc.

- Keep an eye on portfolio and business trends, and implement key efforts to boost productivity and product profitability. Analyse product performance and provide data-driven recommendations for bettering underwriting strategy, policy, and product.

- Create learning and development programs for the business team to ensure correct awareness of product features and USPs;

- Coordinate with the Compliance and Legal departments to ensure all applicable regulatory and governance standards are satisfied.

- Travel to branches to understand the local market, the issues faced by the team and help with the solution/trainings, wherever necessary
