Product Manager - LAP/Mortgage/Loans

Urgent Opening for Product Manager-Lap/Mortage /Home Loan.

- This role entails the design and oversight of product, policy, process, and IT system identification and implementation. The responsibilities encompass monitoring portfolios, including channel and product mix, cross-selling, and budgeting.

- The candidate is also accountable for Business Intelligence, managing OEM relationships, and overseeing Performance Score Card initiatives. Quality standard checks on the book, involving risk monitoring, are part of the role.

- Moreover, the position necessitates individual contributions to a product management team through strategic planning and help in design and management of contests and payouts.

Job Responsibilities :

- Spearhead the launch of new products

- Enhance product performance and profitability

- Drive process improvements for operational efficiency & Implement technology enhancements

- Conduct business and risk analytics to inform decision-making

- Coordinate with key stakeholders, including legal, compliance, risk, technology, and operations

- Emphasize launching business through alternate channels

- Manage budgeting and monitor P&L

- Implement MIS & dashboards for effective monitoring

Qualification : A proven track record of 4-8 years (Product Management) in the Banking & Financial Industry, with a strong preference for Product experience in the Secured lending business (LAP /Mortgage etc.).

Education/Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate/Masters in Business Administration
