Product Manager - IVR - Media

Product Manager (IVR), Media Company, Mumbai

One Media & Entertainment Company is looking for Product Manager to handle IVR services.

The responsibilities will include:

1. Support business/sales team in launching IVR platform with telecom operator.

2. To take end-to-end ownership of the IVR based product line, identify market requirements, define the product vision, create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the overall product roadmap.

3. To initiate/Ideate new product development(IVR) and co-orinate with implementation team towards Deployment and Execution of the Product .

4. Client presentation and sales pitch..

5. Manage & maintain product life cycle for IVR products-feature inhancement ,customer engagement & Churn management.

6. Business analysis /competition tracking.

7. Should have worked on non music services.

Eligibility:

- The person should be from Telecom / M VAS background.

- Should have handled IVR as product

- Should have 3-5 years of minimum experience with atleast 2 years of experience in handling IVR services.
