Product Manager - IT/Online

Position of Product Manager with one of the leading organization

Experience : 3-8 years

Location : Noida

- The Product team is at the center of all of the activity. You will play the role of a conductor, enabling our engineers, designers & data scientists to build world class products. Our product teams move fast and thrive on solving difficult problems to move the key company metrics.

- You will be directly responsible for a key product component or multiple product components. You would not only own objective & key results (OKRs) within a product team but also get to set them. You would be responsible for keeping the product tightly aligned with organization goals while ensuring loose coupling across other product teams that you interface with.

- Communication would be at the heart of your role. You'll collaborate closely with engineers, designers, data analysts, data scientists, operations & business teams. You would be responsible for driving ideas, matching them with goals & prioritizing product backlogs.

- We believe in taking data-informed decisions. You'll be responsible for designing experiments, gathering feedback and tracking the relevant metrics. You'll be expected to rigorously monitor key performance indicators and take smart & swift course corrections.

- We expect you to grow further into product leadership roles & grow the product function with other PMs.

What you should already have ?

- PM experience of at least 3 years

- Outstanding intellectual ability. Able to process & synthesize tons of information

- Excellent communication & presentation skills. Collaborative & Effective within the company culture (Cross-functional collaboration).

- Research skills.

- Ability to mine through relevant parallel solutions/problems.

- Ability to define experiments & validate/invalidate hypothesis in a frugal manner.

- Strategic/analytical thinking. Ability to take data informed decisions.

- Detail oriented

- Knack of knowing what users/customers want.

- Eagerness to learn new tools & staying up to date with product/technology trends

Bonus points for :

- Technical know-how/background

- Can create designs/mock-ups

- Deep data analysis knowledge along with comfort with analytics tools

- Can write code, SQLs etc.
