Roles & Responsibilities

- For the initial 3 years, the incumbent will be given Leadership assignments in any or combination of the following functions; Product Management, Project Management, Marketing and Sales function.

- Some of the roles from the above functions is as follows: Product Management, Market research, Product launch, Product positioning, Market strategy, participation in marketing events, Digital marketing, GTM, Funnel management, Presales, Direct and Channel sales.

- While deciding the role of a person, his/her core competency and career aspiration will receive due importance. The incumbent will be provided intensive exposure to domain specific knowledge and Company Products & Technologies.

Further to 3 years, an individual will be assigned a Global Leadership position to expand business in Geographies across the globe. This may be to handle business as a Country Manager or as a leader in Product Management/Centre of Excellence (COE) in India or at any of our International locations.

Prerequisites MBA/PGDBM from Top premier institutes with a total of 6-8 years of post-qualification experience in Product Management, Strategic Marketing and Sales.
