Product Manager - IT

Job Location - Mohali (candidates from Punjab preferred)

Work from office - 5 days

Experience - 8-14

Relevant experience in Product Manager should be minimum 3+ years

Requirements :

- Maintaining the requirements documents; maintaining the overall Roadmap completion; ensuring the requests, features, requirements all confirm to the roadmap; ensure the releases are pushed out at regular intervals and resolve any problems that arise.

- Need to execute the bridging of the cross-functional process for the launch of the product - development, DevOps, Training, stakeholders.

- Manage the release process and dependencies in and across releases to complete release phases and milestones.

- Translate the product manager's strategy into actionable tasks, and work with cross-functional agile teams to make sure they are executing on those requirements.

- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure they build the right functionality in a timely manner.

Job Description :

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budget transform the high-level vision of the product manager into detailed technical requirements

- Attending team coordination meetings

- Monitor and track progress of the project

- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs

- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

- Monitor, maintain comprehensive project documentation

- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals in the context of Roadmap

- Organizing demos

- Being involved with ongoing testing efforts

- Optimize the efficiency of the engineering team working in conjunction with the engineer Manager

- Maintain and manage the backlog

- Problem solves engineering teams' roadblocks - technical and otherwise.
