- Make sure products and solutions can be delivered, marketed. Sold and adopted by businesses in a manner that supports Lumiq's strategic goals and financial targets while creating tremendous business value for our customers
- Consider the broader dynamics of the customer organization from the top down, their strategic goals and priorities, and the impact those goals and priorities have on the users.
Experience & Skills :
OVERALL EXPERIENCE :
- 2+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience in working across levels in the organization
- Experience in enterprise, B2B Products preferable
- Domain experience in FSI
FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCE :
- Enterprise, B2B product management
- Experience with conducting competitive analysis and creating product roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
- Experience in solutioning for business use cases, both at strategic and tactical levels
- UX / user-centered design focus and working with UX and design teams
- Stakeholder management
- Techno-commercial knowledge
LEADERSHIP SKILLS :
- Experience in working and aligning with the Development Team, Product Team and Business Teams.
- Ability to create an impact in the Customer's Organization

Roles and Responsibilities :
Major R&R of this role are :
- Work with Product, Engineering and business teams to determine the product requirements, new features that create user value.
- Define the product strategy and roadmap
- Deliver PRDs with prioritized features and maintain the product backlog
- Create simple and clear high level requirement specs to be handed off to business analysts for detailing and dev teams for implementation.
- Competitor analysis
- Monitor execution of product roadmap
- Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
- Coordinate and lead product demos to prospective customers - lead product pre-sales activities; conduct webinars & other product campaigns
- Assist implementation teams with process mapping and gap analysis
- Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market
- Create wireframes for new features/enhancements and hand off to design team
- Analyse and work on enhancing the UX aspect of the products.
- Assist marketing team & own product related collaterals and training programs
- Manage product P&L
